Damilola Quadri is a dual-qualified legal practitioner with extensive experience in
regulatory law, corporate governance, civil litigation, labour and employment law,
immigration law, family law, real estate and client advisory services across two continents.
Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014 and a member in good standing of the Law Society of
Ontario, Damilola brings a nuanced, international perspective to legal problem-solving for
both individual and corporate clients. She holds two Master of Laws (LL.M) degrees from
the University of Lagos and York University, respectively, and has built a solid reputation
for strategic thinking, detailed legal analysis, and proactive client engagement.
Damilola has acted as lead counsel in matters involving administrative law, employment law, real property, estates, and family law, and regularly advises on regulatory compliance, employment documentation, and dispute resolution strategies. Her legal practice is distinguished by her ability to combine strong litigation instincts with practical, business- oriented solutions. As a former legal associate and in-house advisor to corporate and public entities, she has advised on corporate filings, governance compliance, legal audits, and the organization of general meetings.
